Everyone eats, so eat well.
Those were the first words I wrote on this blog. I picked those words for two reasons. The first reason is that, in most circumstances, other than how well and long you sleep, what you eat likely has the greatest impact on your life and health. The second reason is, I have always wanted to be a helper. From the time I was old enough to do it, I helped my mom and my grandfather in the kitchen. As I got older, I got jobs where I helped cooks and chefs in kitchens. After I had more experience, I ran kitchens where the staff produced meals to help people enjoy their day. We grow and we adapt. Part of that growth led me to want to help people enjoy their meals in the healthiest way. So, to do that, I studied Nutrition with ISSA and got certified as a nutrition coach. Along the way I got certifications in Strength and Fitness coaching, as well as DNA based Coaching. I am working toward my certification as a Transformation Specialist. I have always wanted to be a helper.
Since you have to eat, I want to help you do it well.
